Mariam Dja Product Designer and Muli-Media Artist

Hello, I'm a Calgary-based multidisciplinary product designer with a background in International Relations and fine arts. My goal is to connect people through research-based solutions and minimal intuitive designs.

I’m a UX/UI Designer and graduate of the BrainStation User Experience Design Diploma. I started my education in International Relations with the goal of helping people on a global scale and made the pivot to UX after the chance to do so with a field that is more creatively rewarding. 

Since entering the world of UX, my main goal has been to connect with people by designing products that are functional, aesthetically pleasing and enjoyable to use. I am always trying to improve my skills in this evolving field and stay up-to-date and welcome any feedback to improve.In my free time, I like to take up projects offline like oil painting and sculpting. If I'm not trying a new art medium, I'm travelling to try new food and rush to the nearest museums which help me stay inspired.
